Provided second-leveland third-level troubleshooting, research, and resolution of technical issues in call processing and lab configuration. Acted as administrator for ticket tracking queue for all open issues and tracked issues through to completion.This was 24x 7 support role.

v  Capacity Monitoring - Architect and develop algorithm, tool/GUI (frequently used tool by customer) for speedometer for capacity/performance information and real-time health check dynamically for entire large-scale (upto 3M/hr traffic) network.
